your last update date keeps getting called out by virus programs (win 10 and Avast) and once I tried and it locked up at the part saying it was deleting the installed program and the only way to recover was to restart everything. now it comes up periodically wanting to be installed and I say no.
what can be the problem? always installed before with no problems.
