On the FrostWire download page, it shows Windows, V6.9.7 build 311. I downloaded it. Everything showed that version downloading. But, it went straight to bring up FrostWire, without making sure about the location to send the downloads, and the seeding. So I checked the version, and it was V6.9.6 build 310. Is it out pr What??!!
So, what the hell, is going on??!! V6.9.6, has a major problem. When I copy a title of what I’m looking for, when, I tried to past it, onto the search input, It’s as if I have nothing to Paste, which I do!! It’s hard to get the search correct! I have to go back and forth between, where the item’s title is, and FrostWire!
Thank you for bringing up the issue with the installer version, we’ll get it sorted out.
Did you get an update message from FrostWire? it should download the right installer for you if the version that is actually installed is behind.

Part of what, got me started on this, was that, not only windows, the others, listed on the download page, except android, all had, the same version listed! I forgot to include this, then, realized, it wasn’t there. I wasn’t sure, how to add this, after the Fact.
In the Last Paragraph, about the Paste Problem, is that resolved in the new version?
I, had to goto, version 6.9.5, to use. I deleted v6,9.6, and what was v6.9.7.

Will investigate, I think I’ve come across this issue but I can’t replicate it every time.
I, just downloaded, the new version, and, it still won’t allow me to paste, anything in the Search! It, doesn’t highlight Paste! I’ll, have to go back to 7.

I tried to turn it off, but it just kept, going and going and going! I had to bring up Task Manager, to end the program, but all it said was not responding! Furthermore, I had to click 10 times or so, to shut it down! Both 6 and 7, had the same, No Paste Problem! Hopefully, this is it for now!
