Good news! On the next FrostWire for Android release, a huge update is coming.
Now we won’t show the same YouTube search result for each download quality available on the main search results. We’ll just show you the video title, and when you click on it you will be able to pick which format and download size you want it depending on your needs and network conditions.

What is FrostWire?
FrostWire, a BitTorrent Client & YouTube Downloader that makes it easier to search, download, play and share content from the BitTorrent network & cloud sources, all in one place, announced today its new ‘preview’ and ‘play as you download’ capabilities for Android phones and tablets. The new preview feature not just enables users with a more convenient way to find and discover content, it makes downloading optional in some cases.

The record’s second track, Prototype, presents him telling us of his struggles and dreams as an upcoming musician, while Understand It is a vocalization of the various emotions floating around in Matthew’s head now that he’s in the “rap game”. The EP also gives us an equal amount of Matthew’s flirtatious side. He appears to be at his sweetest on Forget, where he urges a woman to get past her ungrateful boyfriend and come to him instead, who would treat her right.

FrostWire Plus is a free, fully featured BitTorrent Client and YouTube/SoundCloud downloader with a built-in Music Library designed specifically for Android devices.
FrostWire Basic (the one you can get on Google Play) and FrostWire Plus are based on the same code, but FrostWire Plus has the ability to download from YouTube and SoundCloud in addition to the BitTorrent Network.
You can get FrostWire Plus for free on our official site. To install, follow this easy steps:
1. Allow Apps from outside Google Play first: Tap on Settings -> Lock screen and Security -> allow ‘Unknown Sources’
2. Go to FrostWire.com with Firefox or any browser other than Chrome and download the installer.
3. Tap on the .apk file from the Android notifications or find it using any File Explorer (we like File Commander). The .apk will usually be in the Downloads folder.
[If you get an error ‘Can’t open file’, you need to download any APK Installer from Google Play first. Most devices come with one pre-installed though]
4. Install it and you are ready!

Now it’s time to download a new FrostWire release. This is a major update. Now, FrostWire Plus for Android is very stable and you’re not going to have any problems when trying to search, download or play.
Also, now the torrent transfer are shown immediately when you click to download it. As well, when you click on “stop and delete data”, the corresponding torrent will be deleted too.

HOW TO INSTALL FROSTWIRE PLUS?
Today we’re officially dropping support for Windows XP.
The number of issues that arise as technology moves forward which are no longer addressed by Microsoft, who already dropped support for Windows XP 5 years ago, along with a very small XP user base (our estimates are less than 5%) are the reasons going forward with this decision.
FrostWire will still be working on Windows XP, but we’re focusing on the other versions of that OS.
For now we’ll be focused on supporting and fixing all issues arising in the following operating systems:
