Starting FrostWire 5.2.12 (not yet released but available in Mercurial now) and FrostWire for Android 0.9 you will be able to browse, search, stream or download files you make public on your Android device.
On the screenshot, we’re playing all the ringtones that were made public on an HTC 4G EVO Android smartphone.
It’s a cool way to listen to your ringtones in high quality audio using your computer speakers. Also, you can download the ringtones to your pc, very useful if you want to backup your favorite ones in case you loose your phone and you get a new one that doesn’t have the same ringtones.
