It is not a feedback rather request if you folks can do it would be great. I heard about frostwire recently but when I installed it to use and opened it to download a torrent file then it had some pictures in flash running in the background which was eating up some of the internet speed. Now for users like me who are in India the internet speed is in kbps not in mbps so ultimately its very slow.
Hi Kundan,
The pictures in the back shouldn’t weigh no more than 165k each, they’re cached once you get them so next time you see them or open frostwire they will not take any bandwidth.
We usually try to make these pictures less than 100k and nowadays we only have 2 running.
Thanks for letting us know this is an issue, maybe we’ll be able to geo target them in the future and exclude countries with slower internet connections.
